Mr. Abhai Kumar Mittal is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. He oversees the Company’s financial planning, risk management, budgeting, and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting informed decision-making. In his role, Mr. Mittal contributes to the Company’s financial stability, operational efficiency, and long-term growth objectives.

Mr. Nikesh Subhash Zade, has been serving as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company since 17 March 2025. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University (2016) and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Mr. Zade brings over three years of professional experience in company secretarial and compliance functions and currently oversees the Company’s secretarial operations and statutory compliance requirements.
